Veteran funnyman Steve Martin and actor Alec Baldwin will be the co-hosts of next year's 82nd Academy Awards, producers of the movie industry extravaganza announced Tuesday.
Martin, who has hosted the show twice before, and Baldwin, nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for his performance in "The Cooler," will take over the hosting duties from Australian heart-throb Hugh Jackman.
"We think the team of Steve and Alec are the perfect pair of hosts for the Oscars," show producers Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanic said in a statement.
"Steve will bring the experience of having hosted the show in the past and Alec will be a completely fresh personality for this event."
Martin, 64, most recently seen playing Inspector Clouseau in a "Pink Panther" remake, said he was looking forward to teaming up with Baldwin.
"I am happy to co-host the Oscars with my enemy Alec Baldwin," Martin said.
Baldwin, 51, meanwhile referenced Martin's musical talents -- he is currently touring with bluegrass band Steep Canyon Rangers -- while describing his appointment as "the opportunity of a lifetime."
"I don't play the banjo, but I'm thrilled to be hosting the Oscars," Baldwin said in the statement.
Baldwin and Martin follow in the footsteps of "Wolverine" star Jackman, who hosted a revamped Oscars show earlier this year that met with positive reviews.

Jay-Z wants to be a wedding DJ
The multimillionaire rapper said he would put on an extravagant show, using a pre-recorded set-list rather than employing professional skills.
He said: "I've got a whole plan. I'm gonna get me a little Serato set, some DJ software. I'm gonna work on that for six months, then I'm gonna find out which DJ makes the most and charge double and tour, do bar mitzvahs, weddings."
The 39-year-old star - who is married to Beyonce Knowles - admits his services won't come cheap, but promises he will be worth the money, and advises people to approach him early to get even better value.
He added: "I'm gonna have video behind me and dancers. I'm gonna have people just go out and pour champagne when I get to a certain song. I'm going to make a whole show of this thing.
"If you want to book me, book me early, because the prices will be a little better because when I get good, I'm really going to go for it."
The rapper - whose real name is Shawn Carter - also said he'd think up a DJ name for his shows to wow guests.
He said: "I'm definitely going to go by a different name. I want people to hear it and be like, ‘Wow!'. It's got to look good in lights."

Megan Fox calls Transformers director 'a terror'
Megan Fox starred in the biggest movie of the summer, the Michael Bay-directed "Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen," but according to the actress, the director almost killed her and co-star Shia LaBeouf with his "Napoleon" and "Hitler" tendencies.
The box office bombshell unleashed on Bay in an interview with Britain's Wonderland magazine in its September/October issue.
And Megan's comparisons don't stop with just the 19th century dictator.
"He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward," Megan continued. "He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him. He's vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set he's a tyrant."
And according to Megan, Bay pushes his actors to the almost breaking point while filming.
"Shia and I almost die when we make a 'Transformers' movie," she told the mag. "He has you do some really insane things that insurance would never let you do."

Lady Gaga Teams Up With Michael Bolton
Lady Gaga is known for her chart-topping pop songs and unusual stage attire but she's managed to shock fans again, teaming up with Michael Bolton.
Access Hollywood has confirmed that Gaga has co-written a ballad with the adult-contemporary singer, expected to land on his upcoming album, "One World Love," which is due out later this month. According to MTV News, the song is called "Murder My Heart."
Gaga may now be an international sensation, but the "How Am I Supposed To Live Without You" singer apparently met her before she was famous.
"I was taking a break from production when my manager and the label tag-teamed me on the phone about writing with a young artist named 'Lady Gaga' who I had never heard of but they were raving about," Bolton recounted to London's Metro newspaper. "They said that she was a huge fan of mine and wanted to write with me."
Bolton was provided with a copy of her tunes and was quickly swept up in Gaga fever.
"No one I knew had heard of her," he continued. "Less than a minute into 'Just Dance,' I thought, 'This CD is gonna be huge,'" he said.
And Bolton revealed he predicted Gaga was about to go global.
"When I met her in the studio later that night, I realized she was not only about to have a big hit record but Gaga was a superstar about to launch -- energy was so high and her focus excited me," he said. "She reminded me of a young Madonna -- with more exuberance and emphasis on the art rather than the marketing."

Megan Fox Feels "More Comfortable" Kissing Girls
The Transformer hottie didn't mind making out with costar Amanda Seyfried in their new horror flick Jennifer's Body.
"I feel much safer with girls, so I felt more comfortable kissing her in the movie than kissing any of the other people that I had to kiss," she said in an interview.
Seyfried was less at ease with the same-sex smooch.
"I think she was extremely uncomfortable. I don't think that -- I know that," she added. "She was not comfortable and there was a lot of laughing -- like, giggling fits that happened in between takes."
She called the film "so sexy" which is out on September 18, 2009, and she's pretty fond of her performance.

Spot The Difference: Lady Gaga Vs. Roisin Murphy
It is the pop scandal of the century. Did Lady Gaga steal her look from Irish electro ice-maiden Roisin Murphy?
According to Murphy herself, yes she did! who told Irish Central: "Lady Gaga is just a poor imitation of me. She has copied my style."
And the pictures, courtesy of Idolator, would seem to bear her claims out:
The point is, Lady Gaga is far from the only musician to take visual clues from someone else. Manic Street Preachers started out aping the Clash, with their slogan T-shirts. Coldplay nicked their French revolutionary jackets from the Sgt. Pepper sleeve (via Arcade Fire). Elvis Presley pinched his "jumpsuit-era" look from comic book hero Captain Marvel Jr.
Neither is Gaga the first musician to come over all stalkerish in her commitment to aping another artist. Kasabian's Tom Meighan would clearly kill to be Liam Gallagher. Brandon Flowers flits between wanting to be Bruce Springsteen and wanting to be the Pet Shop Boys' Neil Tennant. In La Roux's head, she's a cross between Annie Lennox and Adam Ant.

Ashley Tisdale sheds Disney image in new "Aliens"
Her platinum white hair is long gone, replaced by silky smooth, dark brown locks. Yet that doesn't stop young girls from recognizing "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale at restaurants and asking for autographs.
Tisdale's role as Sharpay Evans, an over-the-top teenager who will stop at nothing to get what she wants in Disney's "High School Musical," has given her a huge following and altered Tisdale's life forever.
And the 24-year-old actress is expanding her career in new projects, including her role in movie "Aliens in the Attic," which debuts in U.S. theaters on Friday.
Tisdale continues to work in TV where "HSM" was a huge hit on the Disney Channel before becoming a movie, and she is even producing. Her singing has landed the actress a chart-topping recording career, and her second studio album, "Guilty Pleasures," comes out this week.
On the downside, her growing popularity has meant Tisdale has a constant trail of paparazzi following her around.
"I don't have a private life anymore; that's gone out the door," said Tisdale, but she has not let that stop her career.
In "Aliens in the Attic," Tisdale sheds her Sharpay image to portray a teen named Bethany, who joins other kids to battle aliens that land on the roof of her family's summer home.
Tisdale calls Bethany a "typical 17-year-old teen," whereas Sharpay tended toward being "very dramatic and very much a caricature." And Tisdale said getting away from "HSM" helps show her versatility as an actress.
"People know me as Sharpay, so playing a different character like Bethany is a great departure, she said.[Source: http://www.yahoo.com]

Brangelina talk about their 'special' places to make love
There is nothing boring about this couple. At Monday night's L.A. premiere of Quentin Tarantino's Nazi-killing flick "Inglourious Basterds," Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt dished about their active love life, their twins and the possibility of marriage.
When asked about the secret grotto that Pitt, 45, labeled "a great place for sex" in a recent interview for Parade, Jolie told Extra, "Yeah, well, we got a few special places. You keep it going."
But there seems to be little hope that the star couple will tie the knot anytime soon.
Pitt vowed to honor his previous statement to Esquire magazine that he wouldn't wed Jolie until all couples were allowed to marry legally in the United States.
"I did say that," he said. "So now I'm stuck with it."
However Jolie doesn't seem to mind the wait since the actor recently called her his "soulmate."
She replied, "That is very cool. Well, he's mine. It is what it is."
The 34-year-old actress, clad in a skin-tight black leather dress, also mentioned that their twins, who celebrated their first birthday in July, had finally taken their first steps.
"The twins are great. They're walking," she told Life & Style. "I hope to get all of my kids involved [in humanitarian efforts]. I hope to raise them properly so that they have a good conscience, and they're good people."

Naked Angelina Jolie rise in Oklahoma City's street
A life-size naked statue of Angelina Jolie will soon rise the streets of Oklahoma City.
AngelinaThe bronze sculpture, which shows the Hollywood actress breast-feeding, has been created by New York artist Daniel Edwards and will be unveiled in September, Contactmusic reported.
The statue, titled Landmark for Breastfeeding, was inspired by the actress's W magazine cover last year, in which she was photographed by husband Brad Pitt breast-feeding her newborn twins.
Sandy Wilson of Phantom-Financial, the organisation behind the Jolie artwork, said, "We believe the statue sends a beautiful message by promoting the acceptance of public breast-feeding. Mothers should be encouraged to nurture their babies anywhere."

Irish singer Roisin Murphy has accused Lady Gaga of copying her outrageous style
Irish singer Roisin Murphy has accused Lady Gaga of copying her outrageous style and attempting to pass it off as her own.
The Just Dance hitmaker has been lauded as a fashion pioneer since topping the charts with her debut album The Fame, becoming a tabloid staple with her oversized hats, thigh-high boots and daring headpieces.
But former Moloko frontwoman Murphy maintains she's responsible for dreaming up the pop star's outlandish looks.
Murphy reportedly told the Daily Mail, "She's copied my style. I met her about a year ago before she got really big and I had no clue that this was all going to happen. She wasn't wearing shoulder pads at the time, and I was.
"Lady Gaga is just a poor imitation of me. She has copied my style, she took my shoulder pads and all that. Mind you she doesn't wear the bottom half!"

Lady Gaga Hermaphrodite Rumors 'Ridiculous,' Manager Says
That's what her manager's asserting after an up-skirt photo of the pop star sparked rumors that she's a hermaphrodite. The photo, taken from video shot at England's Glastonbury festival, reveals a bulge between Gaga's legs -- a bulge that could have been caused by undergarments, a bad angle, or, as some blogs would have you believe, a penis.
Bossip.com alleged that Gaga said this when asked about the subject:
"It's not something that I'm ashamed of, just isn't something that I go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but I consider myself a female. It's just a little bit of a penis and really doesn't interfere much with my life. The reason I haven't talked about it is that it's not a big deal to me. Like come on. It's not like we all go around talking about our v***. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. I'm sexy, I'm hot. I have both a **** and a p*****. Big f******g deal."
ABCNews.com asked Gaga's manager if the "Poker Face" singer is a hermaphrodite and if she said the above quote. His reply:
"This is completely ridiculous."
Gaga's sexuality has been the subject of intense speculation ever since she told Rolling Stone magazine that she considers herself bisexual, though her attraction to women is purely physical.
"I think I'm changing what people think is sexy," she told the magazine in May.
In June, she elaborated on the issue to USA Today, saying, "I don't think being gay or being bisexual or being sexually free is anything that should be hidden. Everybody has a right to their secrecy, of course, but I don't feel particularly shy about it. It is who I am. I sing very openly about it in my music, so I suppose I could say that I choose not to hide it in interviews because I don't care to hide it and, two, because it is very obvious in my music that I like women."

Dance queen Lady GaGa fashions booming career
Sprawled on her bed in an Amsterdam hotel, Lady GaGa is channeling Lady Godiva-sans the horse.
While the 23-year-old has famously worn everything from Kermit the Frog to a hat made to resemble the solar system, today she's rocking the one constant in her ever shifting wardrobe-underpants. And nothing more.
But despite her dominance on the pop charts worldwide and bleached blonde hair, GaGa is not the average pop tart. She's an accomplished songwriter and performer who seems to have come out of nowhere, bursting from the corner of Ludlow and Rivington fully formed and fabulous. In conversation, she's chatty and articulate, but gives off the distinct sense she's 10 steps ahead of everyone else -- while the Internet is still buzzing about the lampshade she wore over her face in a TV interview, she's plotting her next move.
Of course, if she invests wisely, she may never need to work again: Her debut album, "The Fame" has sold nearly 1.3 million copies in the United States since its low-key release last September via Interscope. For the year, it's both the best-selling set for a debut artist, and the fifth-best-selling album overall.
Her digital single, "Just Dance," has sold 4.4 million copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan, the No. 2 best-selling digital song of all time. Earlier this week, she snagged nine nominations at the MTV Video Music Awards, sharing the lead with Beyonce.
In addition to co-writing all the tracks on her album, GaGa has previously written for Fergie, the Pussycat Dolls, Britney Spears and New Kids on the Block.
"Getting into writing for others happened naturally, because at the time, I didn't have a record deal," GaGa says. "I don't have an ego about other people singing my songs."
And-as surprising as it may seem amid her outre outfits and the nudge-nudge-wink-wink lyrics-GaGa's path from behind-the-scenes songwriter to cultural phenomenon was a smart, regimented plan. Before she was Lady GaGa, she was Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, an Italian Catholic schoolgirl from Yonkers, N.Y. She played piano and studied music as a child, but it wasn't until she hit her early 20s that her songwriting and performance style clicked.
"She wrote almost all her hits in a week," says Vince Herbert, who signed GaGa to his Streamline Records label, a joint venture with Interscope. "She flew to L.A. and sat in a studio with (producer) RedOne and just cranked it out."
GaGa writes mostly at the piano, and to her, if a song doesn't come easily, it isn't meant to come at all. "A hit record writes itself," she says. "If you have to wait, maybe the song isn't there. Once you tap into the soul, the song begins to write itself. And I usually write the choruses first, because without a good chorus, who really gives a f---?"
But before she had hit records, she was an apprentice songwriter, working with a number of producers and trying to build a name for herself. Jody Gerson, who signed GaGa's publishing deal with Sony/ATV, points out that she was driven to understand the publishing business from a young age.
"She interned at Famous Music Publishing before any of this," Gerson says. "And even back then, she was famous for showing up for work in her undies."
GaGa says she doesn't want to be underestimated or written of as merely a pop songwriter. "I think most music is pop music," she says. "The mark of a great song is how many genres it can embody. It's about honesty and connection-look at a song like 'I Will Always Love You.' Whitney (Houston) killed it as a pop song, but it works as a country song, a gospel song, everything. If I can play a song acoustic, or just on the piano, and it still works, I know it's good."
Gerson says that she and GaGa are both particular about who the artist will work with, especially with her current touring schedule. "She's swamped right now," Gerson says. "There is a lot of interest; we're talking to ("American Idol" runner-up) Adam Lambert right now, for instance. But it has to be a good match for her to spend the time."
Coincidentally, GaGa's crowning TV moment came in April, when she performed "Poker Face" on the "American Idol" results show. While the show helped boost her album sales (according to Nielsen SoundScan, "The Fame" sold 45,000 copies the week before the show aired, 51,000 the week it aired and 56,000 the week after), more important, it showed middle America that she was a bona fide pop star.
GaGa gets plenty of additional screen exposure through the use of her songs in soundtracks and commercials. But deciding whether to align her with big brands has been trickier.
Steve Stoute, head of the branding agency Translation, thinks GaGa herself is a brand. To that end, he has signed a deal with her and says he will treat her just like he does such clients as McDonald's or State Farm. "I don't just want to do deals for a check with her," he says. "She's at the point where she's bigger than life. She's transcended music."
A few months ago, Lady GaGa decided to try a little experiment.
"I was talking to the members of the Haus (her creative team) about the power of image and the camera, and I wanted to say something on a real level about fame," she says.
"I drink a lot of tea, and I decided to take a purple teacup out of my china collection and take it to London and make it famous. I put it in videos and had fans pose with it and put it on TV -- at one point, the teacup had a call time." It became the most famous teacup since Meret Oppenheim covered one in fur.
Not surprisingly, GaGa has a background in art history, which she studied for a while at New York University before leaving to pursue music and performance full time.
"There is certainly a performance art element to all of this," she says. "I get challenged in interviews all the time, people asking me whether the clothes distract from the music. They're not separate; it's not one or the other. I dress the way I do to demonstrate my commitment to show business."
GaGa names as her inspirations people like Klaus Nomi and Andy Warhol, who she says saw themselves as living their roles. "There is no sense of duality when it comes to who I am. It's not a play-acting thing for me. When I did the Rolling Stone cover shoot, I said I wanted to be shot as the rock goddess I know I'd eventually be."
Though she doesn't speak to it directly, there is a sense that GaGa also is canny about using her wardrobe to keep her in the public eye. In the month of July alone, Perez Hilton's Web site mentioned her 13 times, almost always for her outrageous outfits. More recently, Hilton's Twitter messages have been breathlessly recounting the pair's Japanese escapades.
Such attention is usually reserved for starlets going through rehab, involved in public breakups or falling drunkenly out of limos-and GaGa does none of this. Though she's admitted to using cocaine in the past, she seems to have realized that she can get just as much attention by slapping on a hat made of hair, without all the nasty side effects.
"The Fame" will be rereleased in the fourth quarter, a year after it debuted. It originally arrived September 9, 2008, to a mostly positive critical reception, but didn't appear on the Billboard 200 until November. It bounced around the charts for the early part of 2009, but then cracked the top 10 in March upon the strength of her first U.S. hit, "Just Dance," and only built from there.
"We always just assumed we were going to sell records," GaGa says. "I have a sense of optimism and liberation, despite the state of the industry and the economy. We function like the industry is in full bloom, and that audacity works for us."
GaGa had to wait to hit those sales records in the United States, though, breaking first in Canada and then in Australia.
She has also toured nonstop, starting off opening for labelmates New Kids on the Block, then headlining her own Fame Ball tour. She opens for Kanye West later this year. And she can guarantee one thing-her closet will remain locked to the infamously stylish and demanding star. "If Kanye tries to wear my clothes, I'll kick his ass," she says with a laugh.

The 27-year-old, who plays The Baroness in the movie, added that her breasts were "fine" after the incident.

Penelope Cruz is pregnant
Penelope Cruz is reportedly pregnant.
The Spanish actress is said to be expecting her first child with long-term boyfriend Javier Bardem.
A source is quoted by website Just Jared as saying: "Penelope is about four months pregnant. She's really healthy now and will be a great mother."
The couple are believed to be thrilled with the news, although no further details are yet to emerge.
Cruz, 35, is currently on a promotional tour for her new movie 'Broken Embraces', and when she attended the UK premiere in London she wore a red Bottega Veneta trouser suit, which was sourced for her at the last minute.
At the time it was reported her luggage went missing on the flight to the UK capital from Madrid, but speculation is now rife she wore the high-waisted outfit to disguise her fledgling baby bump.
At the German premiere in Berlin on Monday (03.08.09) Cruz donned a one-shoulder, floor-length gown which could disguise any signs of the pregnancy.
Cruz - who previously dated Tom Cruise and Matthew McConaughey - recently revealed she wants to fully commit to motherhood when she starts a family.
She told Psychologies magazine: "When I have babies, I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don't know if I believe in marriage. But I believe in family, love and children."

Sienna Miller accepts affair with married Getty scarred reputation
Actress Sienna Miller has accepted that her affair with married father-of-four Balthazar Getty scarred her reputation.
The “Alfie” star was caught in the scandal involving Getty after he was said to have cheated on his wife with her last year.
Miller was apparently faced with huge negative press in relation to her relationship that reportedly ended earlier this year.
"I probably seem like not a particularly nice person, not a girl''s girl,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling GQ magazine.
“I think if you put a camera in anyone''s life and document it daily for six years, from the age of 21 to 27, there are going to be things that aren''t always pretty," she added.
But Miller insisted that being dubbed as "sexually manipulative" was far from the truth.
She said: "I''m supposed to be this complete slapper (promiscuous woman), that''s my reputation. But actually I was in a relationship from 19 to 21 with (the fashion designer) Dave (Neville), 21 to 24 with Jude (Law), then 25 to 26 with Rhys (Ifans), and then Balthazar. And then a few dalliances, three months here and there, but I''ve never been like a sh****r."

Beyonce, Lady Gaga top MTV music award nominees
Pop stars Beyonce and Lady Gaga on Tuesday each earned nine nominations for next month's MTV Video Music Awards, more than any other artist, while Britney Spears continued her musical comeback with seven nods.
All three will compete for the honor of video of the year, with Beyonce earning a bid for "Single Ladies , Lady Gaga for "Poker Face" and Britney Spears for "Womanizer."
They square off against rappers Kanye West with "Love Lockdown" and Eminem for "We Made You" in the video of the year race. Honors will be given out at New York's Radio City Music Hall on September 13 in a show hosted by British prankster Russell Brand.
Beyonce has enjoyed a hugely successful solo career since leaving the all-female group "Destiny's Child." Her third solo album, "I Am ... Sasha Fierce," had the No. 1 hit "Single Ladies ."
"I've been blessed this year to have 'Single Ladies' become a video people really connected with and responded to," Beyonce said in a statement released by MTV.
The annual awards are one of the cable TV channel's most-watched programs, as much for the celebrity antics and performances as the awards themselves.
At the height of Spears' early career in 2003, she and Madonna famously kissed on the show. Later her personal life veered out of control and her father took control of her business affairs. But recently she has rebounded.
Spears is currently on tour and her video for the song "Circus" was nominated for best choreography.
New Yorker Lady Gaga's 2008 debut album, "The Fame," included the hit single "Just Dance" and was among the top five CDs in countries including the United States, Britain and Germany.
"Poker Face" earned Lady Gaga not only a video of the year nomination but also a nod for best female video, a category that pits her against Katy Perry with "Hot N Cold," Beyonce with "Single Ladies ," Kelly Clarkson with "My Life Would Suck Without You," Taylor Swift with "You Belong With Me" and Pink with "So What."
Lady Gaga thanked MTV "for being our video flagship, and for supporting this bunch of inspired kids, who love to get wasted and make art, together."
Eminem with his "Live Your Life" and Ne-Yo with "Miss Independent."
First-time nominees include U.S. rockers Kings of Leon as well as rappers Drake and Asher Roth. Both rappers were nominated in the best new artist category.
Other categories include best hip hop video, best pop video and best rock video.

Emma Watson picks a college in the U.S.
While the cast of "Harry Potter" might stay hush about plotlines, "Half-Blood Prince" star Emma Watson has revealed an important change is in her future.
According to Paste magazine, Emma confirmed she will enroll as a college freshman at Brown University this fall.
"I am going to Brown, which is an Ivy League establishment in the U.S.A. I've got a place there to read literature," she revealed to the music mag.
In recent months, the studious star made a worldwide college tour that involved many stops on the East Coast and Great Britain. But although her "Potter" co-star Daniel Radcliffe previously told Britain's Guardian newspaper that Emma was attending Brown, the actress remained mum on the subject until now.
And with the cat out of the bag, Emma opened up about her enthusiasm for hitting the books.
"It sounds so geeky, but I really do like studying and reading, and if I'm not working on 'Harry Potter,' then my greatest relaxation is to sit with a book," she told Paste. "That's how I escape stress -- in literature. I always have several books on the go at any one moment, so it's no good you asking 'What's on the bedside table at the moment, Emma?' because often I can't even see the table."
Emma does realize that many at Brown will recognize her for her performances and not for her test scores, but she hopes her fellow students will get over it quickly.
"I do hope that it will be only a short time before I am known s 'Emma Watson, the student from the U.K.' rather than 'Emma Watson who starred in those 'Harry Potter' films.'"

Hermione casts biggest spell on 'Potter' fans
Harry Potter might be the most famous boy wizard in the world, but it's brainy Hermione Granger who is casting the biggest spell on fans, according to an online poll released on Tuesday.
Hermione emerged as the most popular character in J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" series, and Emma Watson, the 19-year-old who plays the schoolgirl, was the actor fans believe will have the best career -- possibly as a sex symbol -- once the eight "Potter" movies have ended.
Actor Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Potter, laughed off suggestions he might be gay, but told AOL's Moviefone website in an interview; "It's always good to keep them guessing."
With "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" about to open in movie theaters round the world, 39 percent of those questioned in the poll at AOL's Moviefone.com and Bebo.com ranked Granger as their favorite character, with Potter coming in next at 29 percent.
Some 51 percent thought Watson would have the best post-Potter career, with a large majority (67 percent) approving the idea of her appearing naked.
Watson has been quoted as saying she would be prepared to strip for a movie -- but only if it was made by Italian director Bernardo Bertolucci.
Radcliffe, who turns 20 years-old next week and who has already bared all in the stage production of "Equus", said he felt for his co-star and the media attention she is now attracting.
"She's always been a very, very pretty girl, and now suddenly that she turned 18, everyone's like 'OK, now she's fair game! Paparazzi!'," Radcliffe told Moviefone.com.
"It is kind of creepy, I did feel bad for her. Men will never know the kind of humiliation of having an upskirt done, which poor old Emma had," he said, referring to pictures of recent "wardrobe malfunctions" by the actress.
Radcliffe said he was aware that he was becoming something of an icon in the gay community. "Some people think I'm gay when I meet them, which I think is awesome. It's always good to keep them guessing," he laughed.
"I don't go on any blogs or chats or anything, but my friends are demons for them, and apparently someone said 'Daniel Radcliffe is gay. He's got a gay face!' I really don't know what a gay face is," Radcliffe said.
"Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" opens in movie theaters on July 15. Radcliffe, Watson and the rest of the cast are currently filming the two movies of the final book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", which are due out in late 2010 and 2011.
