Miss Bulgaria Universe 2009 is Elitsa Lubenova. She is 19 years old who won 2nd place of Miss Bulgaria 2009. A graduate of the NSFA "Philip Kutev" in Kotel. She trains professionally in national dances and during her free time is drawing and swimming.
