Miss Uruguay Universe 2009 is Cintia Dottone. Miss Universo Uruguay 2009, the 6th Annual Miss Universo Uruguay pageant, was held at Room Corad Montecarlo Hotel in Punta del Este, Uruguay on Febuary 28, 2009 in which Cintia Dottone, 20 years old, was crowned Miss Universo Uruguay 2009.
