Miss Israel Universe 2009 is Yulia Liubianitzki. The Beautiful girl 19-year old Adi Rodnitzki was crowned Miss Israel 2009 or Israel's Queen of Beauty (IQB) at the beauty pageant held on March 18th in Haifa, Israel. Lovely 20 candidates completed for this event.
