Miss Puerto Rico Universe is Mayra Matos Pérez. She is a Puerto Rican beauty pageant titleholder. In 2006, Mayra won the title of Miss Teen International. In October of 2008, Mayra won the title of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2009, representing the city of Cabo Rojo, she also won the award for Most Beautiful Face.
