Miss Colombia Universe 2009 is Michelle Rouillard. She was born on October 28, 1986, a student of international business at Concord University in Canada, stands 1.73 m tall, representing Cauca Department, was crowned Miss Colombia 2008 during a ceremony televised live to the whole country at the Julio Cesar Turbay auditorium in Cartagena. She obtained a score of 9.8 in the evening gown and swimsuit competitions.
She also speaks three languages: Spanish, English and French. Her measurements are 92-62-92, with green eyes, light brown hair and fair skin.
In January of 2009, she caused great controversy when she cut her hair up to her neck and changed the color. According to her, she did it because she feels more comfortable and the change will grab people's attention in Miss Universe.
